Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses required; 63/65 allowed if 66 pending and passing within 60 days.
• At least 1 year in the investments industry with product knowledge and training.
• At least 1 year in financial services or sales with goals met or exceeded.
• Ability to set and achieve goals and build strong relationships.
• Effective communication and client engagement across all audiences.
• Demonstrates time management and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals and build a brokerage-focused plan.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on assets.
• Mitigate and control risk in daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
