• Prepare and deliver client presentations.

Exciting opportunity to join PEI Global Partners (“PEI” or the “Company”), an independent and entrepreneurial investment banking advisory firm. The PEI team actively partners and advises market-leaders in the power and energy sector, including financial sponsors, renewables developers and independent power companies, on a variety of M&A, strategic advisory and capital raising (both debt & equity) activities.

Position Overview:

PEI is seeking Full-Time Associates to join the team and support the growth of this independent advisory practice, providing the opportunity to join at the ground-level of a growing franchise. PEI’s goal is to develop talent organically and promote internally, providing the new hire with ample opportunity to grow within a boutique investment banking platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with senior banking officers and professionals and participate in client transactions projects or assignments as a junior member of the Investment Banking team
• Responsible for analyzing and building sophisticated financial data and models used in client proposals and strategic plans
• Prepare presentations, valuation materials and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals
• Evaluate company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends
• Preparing and delivering presentations
• Maintain client relations during the deal execution period and build M&A, Debt, & Equity transaction expertise
