The PEI team actively partners and advises market-leaders in the power and energy sector, including financial sponsors, renewables developers and independent power companies, on a variety of M&A, strategic advisory and capital raising (both debt & equity) activities.

Position Overview:

PEI is seeking Full-Time Senior Analysts to join the team and support the growth of this independent advisory practice, providing the opportunity to join at the ground-level of a growing franchise. PEI’s goal is to develop talent organically and promote internally, providing the new hire with ample opportunity to grow within a boutique investment banking platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with senior banking officers and professionals and participate in client transactions projects or assignments as a junior member of the Investment Banking team
• Responsible for analyzing and building sophisticated financial data and models used in client proposals and strategic plans
• Prepare presentations, valuation materials and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals
• Evaluate company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends
• Preparing and delivering presentations
• Maintain client relations during the deal execution period and build M&A, Debt, & Equity transaction expertise
