Metis Search, a renowned international boutique investment bank, is expanding its Power, Infrastructure & Renewables team in Florida with opportunities at Analyst and Associate levels. You will assist senior bankers in origination and execution, build financial models, and prepare investment materials for live mandates.

The role requires at least one year of IB experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; an MBA is a plus.

Formación

• At least one year of investment banking experience.
• Strong technical capabilities in financial modelling, valuation and due diligence.
• Exposure to Power, Energy, Infrastructure or Renewables is beneficial.

An established international boutique investment bank is looking to expand its Power, Infrastructure & Renewables team in Florida, with opportunities available at both Analyst and Associate level.

The team provides integrated industry coverage and advisory services across multiple product areas, offering clients a comprehensive suite of transaction solutions. With a strong reputation for sector expertise, an extensive network of senior industry relationships and a proven track record of deal execution, the firm continues to perform strongly despite challenging market conditions. It has also received industry recognition for its innovative approach to the North American Power sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of transactions across the team's advisory and product offerings.
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis and due diligence to support live mandates and transaction execution.
• Develop and maintain high-quality financial analyses and transaction materials to support strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and support junior Analysts, contributing to the development and performance of the wider team.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, senior advisors and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare marketing and transaction documentation, including investment memoranda, rating presentations and pitch books.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of relevant Investment Banking experience.
• A Bachelor's degree from a leading institution in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
• Strong technical capabilities in financial modelling, valuation and transaction due diligence.
• Previous exposure to Power, Energy, Infrastructure or Renewables is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• A proactive and analytical approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
