PNC is seeking a Business Analytics Lead Senior to join the Investment Data and Innovation group, working from multiplemajor hubs including Washington, D.C. and nearby areas.

You will lead the analytics processes across functions, mentor junior staff, and drive data-driven decision making with scalable data platforms. The role emphasizes governance, enterprise data management, API development, and the adoption of AI/ML capabilities.

Qualificações

• Experience in Investment Management or Financial Services environments.
• Deep understanding of the full investment lifecycle (research, due diligence, portfolio management, performance, risk, governance).
• Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale data warehouses and investment data platforms.
• Expertise in Oracle-based data warehousing environments.
• Strong experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Teradata, Trino, Iceberg).
• Experience with data domain management, metadata, and enterprise governance.
• Experience with API development and data services.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, Java, or ETL/ELT development.
• Experience with AI/ML, generative AI, and/or LLMs.
• Experience building dashboards and analytics apps using Tableau/Power BI/Angular.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of a centralized investment data warehouse and governed single source of truth.
• Design scalable data architecture with governance, quality, lineage, and lifecycle management.
• Build data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and distribution from internal/external sources.
• Develop analytical solutions for leadership to enable data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Technology on domain data rollouts (asset master, portfolio, risk, ESG).
• Influence requirements to reusable data models and data products for enterprise consumption.
• Lead development of data-driven apps, APIs, and user interfaces for analytics/workflow automation.
• Identify and implement AI/ML and modern data platform technologies to enhance capabilities.
