Job summary

Atlas Search, a global investment firm, seeks an accounting analyst in Boston. You will book investment activity in Advent Geneva, reconcile cash between systems, and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles including SEC filings.

We value strong written and oral communication, solid accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative team. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of accounting experience in public accounting, debt investments, fund administration, or private equity/investment management.
• Familiarity with Advent Geneva and fund administration is a plus.
• Professional certification such as CPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Book investment activity in the firm's internal accounting system (Advent Geneva).
• Reconcile cash activity between the internal accounting system and the fund administrator.
• Assist in oversight of the accounting functions performed by the administrator.
