Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Risk Mitigation Analyst in the Knowledge Management Department to conduct hands-on public records and investigative research in support of client engagements and risk management. The Analyst reports to the Risk Mitigation Research Manager and collaborates with attorneys and staff to fulfill research requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; equivalent education and work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in public-records investigations, investigative due diligence, business intelligence, legal research, conflicts, or other related risk-management research.
• Experience working in a large law firm or professional services organization preferred.
• Experience using AI-assisted research tools or analytics platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct public-records research on individuals, companies, and related entities using public, commercial, and proprietary databases.
• Verify subject identities and corroborate material findings across sources; distinguish confirmed fact from unverified allegation.
• Identify patterns, anomalies, gaps, and leads; escalate material issues to the Risk Mitigation Research Manager.
