2 years of investigation experience with preferred experience in investigative practices with the Ohio Revised Code, Ohio State Racing Commission rules and regulations applicable to complaints and alleged violations under investigation; valid driver's license.
Or 3 years training or 3 years experience as an investigator where experience does not correspond with cases/complaints/allegations to be assigned; valid driver's license.
Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
