Job summary

Digi Security Systems in Oklahoma City is hiring an Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory, kit equipment, and support field technicians. You will handle receipts, counts, and audits for our warehouse, while coordinating with project managers and operations to ensure on‑time deliveries.

The role requires 1–3 years of inventory management experience, strong computer skills, and attention to detail. Weekend or night shifts may be required; forklift certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years in inventory management.
• Exceptional computer, communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Preference for experience in commercial construction, low-voltage, or electrical industries.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: kit and prepare items, order parts, track receipt, and audit inventory.
• Documentation and reporting: generate POs, receipts, and inventory reports.
• Management: distribute PPE, licenses, and assist with Box Sales and POs.
• Collaboration: coordinate with project managers, branch managers, and operations.
• Technology utilization: use inventory software to maintain accurate records.
• Quality assurance: perform regular checks and coordinate RMA shipments.
