Job summary

ADT, a leading security solutions provider, seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator for a CSB warehouse role. You will manage timely and cost-efficient ordering, receipt, stocking, and shipping of inventory.

You will document transactions in Oracle and Perpetual Inventory, ensure SOX compliance, conduct physical inventories, and maintain accurate records while keeping the warehouse safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
• 3 years of material handling and inventory control experience.
• Experience with computerized perpetual inventory management system.

Responsibilities

• Complete online orders for hardware and items for CSB office, process purchase orders.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse, ensure compliance and inventory accuracy.
• Use Perpetual Inventory to document equipment transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Pull and issue hardware for installations, replenish truck stock, and manage shipments.
• Stock shelves and ensure proper documentation of incoming materials.
