Job summary

i2G Systems seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to streamline inventory, coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, and support logistics operations. The role requires working with access control systems and secure materials handling within a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have strong organizational skills, able to work independently or with a team, and possess knowledge of security systems. Prior experience in physical/electronic security is preferred.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of electronic security systems and onsite labor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts or vehicles as required.
• Load and unload materials and shipments.
• Take inventory of materials shipped or received.
• Store, count, weigh, and identify materials.
• Load/unload trucks for transport of goods.
• Fulfill warehouse orders and label materials.
• Dispose of packing materials safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
