Job summary

Jobot is hiring an organized Inventory Coordinator in Oklahoma City to support daily inventory, purchasing, and warehouse operations. You will maintain records, coordinate orders, and prepare materials for projects while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure stock is available when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials, parts, equipment, and supplies are available to support daily operations.
  • Prepare and kit materials for projects, installations, service calls, and other operational needs.
  • Create and manage purchase orders and coordinate the ordering of parts and supplies.
  • Track incoming shipments, verify deliveries, and ensure all items are properly received and recorded.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock movements, receipts, transfers, and discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and internal audits.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, delivery schedules, returns, and damaged or incorrect shipments.
  • Distribute equipment, supplies, hardware, software licenses, and other materials to employees, technicians, and business partners.
  • Coordinate the tracking, processing, and shipment of returned or replacement equipment.
  • Maintain organized warehouse storage and assist with optimizing space and inventory accessibility.
  • Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation related to purchasing, receiving, and inventory transactions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, branch leadership, accounting, operations, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth inventory flow.
  • Perform quality checks on incoming and existing inventory to ensure materials meet established standards.
  • Utilize inventory management, purchasing, and other business systems to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
  • Assist with process improvements designed to increase inventory accuracy, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as needed.

Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support daily inventory, purchasing, and warehouse operations.
