Caroll Water is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, purchasing, and material distribution. You will ensure parts and supplies are available for service teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience with inventory systems, and the ability to work independently while maintaining safety and efficiency in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and yard inventory management.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems.
• Coordinate purchasing from approved vendors and manage lead times.
• Support service, installation, drilling, and pump teams with materials.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain a clean warehouse environment.
