Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality seeks a Warehouse Clerk to receive items, deliver to departments, and assist in inventory counts. You will serve as the warehouse liaison under Tribal policies and gaming regulations, ensuring accurate stock levels and orderly processing.

The position runs from 5:30am to 4pm with shifts subject to business needs. A valid GED/HS diploma and 21+ age are required, with preference for 1 year of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or in process of completion within 6 months.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• One (1) year warehouse/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with computerized inventory/purchasing systems preferred.
• Ability to learn current inventory system within 60 days of hire date.
• Must be able to lift and move parcels weighing 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in harsh environments such as freezers and coolers.
• Willing to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or ability to obtain) to work in this position.

Responsibilities

• Takes part in daily, cycle, and month end inventory.
• Processes requisitions, transfers and prepares fill orders for distribution.
• Inputs data to applicable inventory/purchasing software.
• Performs daily recaps and generates assigned reports.
• Adheres to warehouse SOP for the department.
• Monitors inventory levels and manages stock to maintain appropriate levels.
• Other duties as assigned.
