Job summary

ADN Group seeks an experienced Product Manager for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) to own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for enterprise warehouse capabilities. The role requires close collaboration with warehouse operations, supply chain leadership, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into features and user stories for MAWM.

8+ years in product management with MAWM hands-on experience and strong Agile practices are

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
Hands-on MAWM experience is required.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping).
Proven experience managing roadmaps, Agile backlogs, and release planning.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MAWM.
Partner with warehouse operations and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Gather and prioritize business requirements, translating them into features and user stories.
Own and manage the MAWM product backlog and ensure value-aligned priorities.
Drive enhancements across core warehouse processes and labor optimization.
Collaborate with integration teams for connections with OMS, ERP, TMS, and automation.
