Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in the USA (Lancaster) is seeking an Inventory Team Lead to oversee picking, receiving, inventory counts, and returns while meeting SLA/KPI targets. You will lead a team, ensure accurate stock movement, and drive improvements in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Forklift certification and 3–5 years’ distribution experience are required; join a global logistics leader committed to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• This is a lead level position.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be forklift certified and have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a warehouse distribution environment.
• Provide the ability to guide and/or lead a group of individuals.
• Solid communication skills; email, excel SAP, WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Shipping – pick, package, label orders of fragile electronics material.
• Receiving – receive, quality audit, and put away within SLA.
• Returns – RMA processing for re-inventory, scrap, and re-shipment.
• Inventory – maintain and locate inventory, document locations.
• Locates materials by pulling and verifying materials on production orders.
• Maintain in-process inventory at work centers.
• Document materials disposition and locations.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment and secure product.
• Maintain material-handling equipment and safety practices.
• Lead and train subordinates; drive continuous improvement.
