Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in the USA (Lower Nazareth) seeks a Team Lead, Inventory to supervise inventory staff, operate MHE, and ensure accurate receipts, shipments and cycle counts via the WMS. You will delegate tasks, monitor shifts, analyze variances, and prepare monthly reports while promoting safety and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and availability for full-time hours in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
Able to operate MHE
Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate

Responsibilities

Delegate work and responsibility to subordinates.
Oversee scheduled shifts and evaluate the working of inventory staff and subordinates.
Analyze daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical count and perpetual record.
Audit the daily error report and make corrections as necessary.
Prepare monthly report signifying major problems and updates on projects or assignments.
