Job summary

DSV is seeking an Inventory Team Lead at our USA - Lancaster facility to lead and train a team in packing, receiving, inventory counting, and returns. You will drive accuracy, SLA/KPI performance, and safety, while coordinating material movement through the operation.

The role requires forklift certification and 3–5 years in a warehouse setting, with strong communication and experience using Excel, SAP, and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be forklift certified and have 3–5 years in a warehouse distribution environment.
• Ability to guide and lead a group of individuals.
• Solid communication skills including email and basic data tools (Excel, SAP, WMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a group of associates to meet SLA/KPI expectations.
• Oversee picking, receiving, inventory cycle counting and returns.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and returns processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and material handling.
• Ensure 5S and safety standards across the operation.
• Drive continuous improvement projects.
