The South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking a Supply Manager I to plan, coordinate, and administer inventory, warehouse, and procurement operations for designated facilities. You will ensure efficient acquisition, tracking, storage, and distribution of supplies and assets while abiding by state procurement regulations and agency policies.

In this role you will support facility operations with strong customer service, maintain perpetual inventory, and coordinate with staff,

Competenze

• Requires knowledge of inventory control practices and procurement processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Valid SC driver's license with ability to pass defensive driving.

Mansioni

• Coordinates and manages inventory, warehouse, and supply operations for assigned facilities.
• Maintains adequate stock levels to support daily operations; receives, stores, distributes, and tracks items.
• Monitors inventory usage, establishes reorder points, and conducts physical inventories.
• Ensures compliance with agency requirements and audit standards.
• Prepares requisitions, shopping carts, inventories, and supporting documentation.
• Acts as liaison between facility staff, vendors, and agency leadership on supply matters.
• Supervises SCDC work crew when assigned and promotes continuous improvement.
