Job summary

Touro College of Dental Medicine Pre-Clinic seeks an Inventory and Supply Coordinator to manage receipt, organization, and distribution of supplies. You will use Axium or other software to maintain inventory records, create internal orders, and coordinate with the Assistant Dean for Pre-Clinical Education.

Responsibilities include maintaining the inventory at the Skyline facility, generating reports, and ensuring timely replenishment through the TouroOne Buy System.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong administrative skills and ability to manage daily tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Physically maintain inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Organize and maintain Inventory Management system; receive training and generate reports.
• Create a distribution schedule to keep all stakeholders supplied.
• Use TouroOne Buy System to replenish inventory and fulfill supplier orders.
• Scan received items into inventory, produce reports, and schedule monthly meetings.
