Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist (onsite) in Georgia to support inventory accuracy, logistics operations, and 3PL coordination within our network. You will work with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure efficient material flow and compliance with controls.

The role emphasizes cycle counting, inventory reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve performance.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory control, warehouse operations, materials planning, or related disciplines.
1+ years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle R12.

Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance against service levels and inventory accuracy metrics.
Analyze inventory data and prepare reports on levels, turns, shortages, and excess stock.
Investigate inbound receiving discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff to correct errors.
Coordinate cycle count activities and annual physical inventories to ensure accurate records.
Collaborate with procurement, planning, operations, and customer service to optimize inventory availability.
Support inventory-related audits and implement corrective actions.
