Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks an experienced logistics planner to schedule and maintain shipment plans ensuring efficient distribution of packaging to meet demand. You will analyze inventory levels, production speed, and packaging demand to determine fulfillment levels that support the supply chain.

The role requires at least 3 years in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing, with familiarity in MRP/WMS/TMS systems. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data handling.
• Experience with supply chain planning systems preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Manage shortages and develop shipping plans within scope, budget, time, and quality targets.
• Lead daily shortage meetings with leadership and track action items.
• Monitor packaging inventories and shipments to optimize space and inventory integrity.
• Coordinate with internal and external groups to execute plans with clear communication across the supply chain.
• Apply root cause analysis and continuous improvement to optimize processes.
