You will monitor inventory, adjust master schedules, report backlogs, and support continuous improvement in scheduling processes while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Formación

• High school degree required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing policies, standards and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule master production plans for assigned site(s) based on incoming order requirements.
• Assure exceptional customer service and optimal manufacturing efficiencies.
• Monitor materials inventory to effectively determine production schedules.
• Communicate upcoming scheduling conflicts with key stakeholders and propose solutions.
• Forecast production labor overtime requirements as needed.
• Analyze daily backlog reports to monitor workload and capacity.
• Prepare and review required business reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for scheduling processes.
