Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Logistics Planner to schedule and maintain shipment plans, ensuring efficient distribution of packaging to meet demand. You will analyze inventories, production speed and packaging demand to determine fulfillment levels and drive supply chain improvements.

The role requires at least 3 years in distribution/logistics/manufacturing, strong MS Office skills, and experience with MRP/WMS/TMS or related systems. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of experience in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling.
• Experience with MRP, WMS, TMS or related supply chain planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and maintain shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of packaging to satisfy demand.
• Analyze inventory levels, production speed and packaging demand to determine fulfillment levels.
• Lead daily meetings and manage action items with leadership to optimize the supply chain.
• Track and analyze packaging inventories and shipments to reduce space and maintain integrity.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure clear communication throughout the supply chain.
• Generate and present weekly/monthly/quarterly reports supporting customer and management needs.
