Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks a seasoned warehouse leader to manage all warehouse operations, including inventory control and distribution across on-site and off-site facilities. You will ensure accurate inventory levels and timely shipments to customers, collaborating with shift supervisors and shipping/receiving teams.

The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred), and APICS CPIM.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience
• 2-5 years of leadership experience
• APICS CPIM

Responsibilities

• Oversee salaried shift supervisors on three shifts
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the shipping and receiving department
• Assist in managing inventory control programs across all material types to ensure accurate inventory and drive inventory reductions
• Oversee the shipping and receiving functions to optimize flow while facilitating a working warehouse and off-site warehouse, when applicable
• Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities
• Other duties as assigned
