• Analyzes incoming production orders and oversees master schedule for assigned site to ensure service and efficiency.
• Monitors materials inventory to determine production schedules.
• Communicates upcoming scheduling conflicts and recommends solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Operations to forecast production labor overtime requirements.
• Analyzes daily backlog reports to monitor workload and capacity requirements.
• Communicates schedule status at daily production meetings.
• Drives continuous improvement of the production scheduling process and information flow.
