Responsibilities

Direct staffing, training, and performance management to develop the production scheduling function.
Oversee master manufacturing schedule for assigned site(s) to ensure customer service and manufacturing efficiency.
Monitor materials inventory to determine production schedules.
Communicate scheduling conflicts to stakeholders and propose solutions.
Collaborate with Operations to forecast overtime requirements.
Analyze daily backlog reports to monitor workload and capacity.
Communicate schedule status at daily production meetings.
Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and information flow.
