Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Supervisor – Inventory (Part-Time) in the Waterloo, IA area. The starting wage is $19.00–$21.00 per hour and the role includes flexible scheduling and paid training.

The position involves coaching Inventory Associates, maintaining accuracy, traveling to retail locations, and partnering with District/Area Managers to drive operational excellence. Immediate hiring and travel opportunities are highlighted in the description.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
