Job summary

WIS International is hiring a Retail Supervisor – Inventory (Part-Time) in Ottumwa, IA. The starting wage is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, with paid training and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory-related concerns and partner with District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
• Lead by example and demonstrate company core values at all times
