Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Supervisor for Inventory (Part-Time) in Marion, IL. The position offers flexible scheduling with paid training and immediate hiring. Starting wage is $19.50–$22.50 per hour, with benefits including 401(k) and health plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of Inventory Associate or similar experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Resolve inventory-related concerns with District/Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations as needed.
