WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory to coach and develop Inventory Associates and maintain accuracy across multiple stores. The role requires traveling to retail locations, flexible hours, and a strong commitment to training and consistency.

The starting wage ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour, with benefits including paid training and opportunities for advancement. Candidates should have a high school diploma and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of Inventory Associate or similar role experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Resolve inventory concerns with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
