Job summary

WIS International in Waterloo, IA is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor - Inventory. You will coach and develop Inventory Associates, follow a clear workflow, and travel to retail locations to drive operational excellence.

The role requires at least two years of inventory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and strong communication. Starting wage is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour with paid training and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Inventory or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as primary point of contact for inventory concerns and support District/Area Managers.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
• Demonstrate company core values at all times.
