Job summary

WIS International in Milwaukee is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Supervisor to lead Inventory Associates and ensure accurate counts across the Milwaukee metro area. Travel to retail locations is required, and you'll work with district and area managers to drive operational excellence.

Starting wage is $18.75 to $22.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and paid training. No degree required; veterans and career changers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as primary contact for inventory-related concerns with District/Area Managers.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations and lead by example.
