Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in Inventory/related role preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; time management essential.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Resolve inventory-related concerns with District/Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations as needed.
