Job summary

WIS International in Green Bay is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to support the Green Bay Metro area on a part-time basis. Starting wage is $19.00–$22.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling and paid training. Travel to retail locations and occasional overnight assignments may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary contact for resolving inventory concerns and partner with District Managers and Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
• Lead by example and demonstrate Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times.
