Job summary

WIS International is looking for a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory in Pasadena, TX. The starting wage is $16.50–$18.50 per hour, with flexible hours to boost earnings based on availability.

The role emphasizes training, accuracy, and coaching Inventory Associates for success. As a leader, you will follow a clear workflow, lead and engage the team, and coordinate with the District Manager to drive operational excellence and productivity.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train Inventory Associates - Accuracy matters here.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow - Your playbook for success.
• Lead & Engage - Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, supporting and executing directives from the Area or District Manager, while driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team.
