Job summary

vibehackers seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead Inventory Product, Data & Ops, ensuring accurate listing data flow across MLS, agent platforms, and brand sites. You will own QA, validation, documentation, tracking, and the operational engine nationwide, while prototyping AI automations for production.

You will drive an AI-first redesign of workflows, coordinate offshore/vendor teams, and work with Product/Engineering to map edge cases and test coverage.

Qualifications

• Four-plus years in product operations, technical/business operations, QA, strategy & operations, or similar roles in tech-driven environments.
• Hands-on vibe coding, stress testing, and deploying AI automations used in production (examples required).
• Experience with LLM APIs, agentic workflows, workflow platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato) or Python scripting.
• Experience designing and running structured QA/UAT programs: test plans, scenario coverage, defect tracking, and readouts.
• Familiarity with product workflows, APIs, data feeds, and Jira or similar tools.
• Experience directing offshore/vendor teams and maintaining a quality bar.
• Strong data skills: SQL, advanced spreadsheets, and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Real estate brokerage/listing data familiarity and Rela/IDX knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory product, data, and ops to ensure data flows across MLS, agent platforms, brand sites, and portals.
• Own QA, validation, documentation, tracking, and operational engine for national-scale listing distribution.
• Drive AI-first rebuild of processes and automations with production deployment and monitoring.
• Prototype, stress test, harden, and deploy AI automations with accuracy checks and escalation paths.
• Measure automation impact and build governance with Legal/Compliance/Privacy/Security.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to define inventory metrics and reporting.
• Manage offshore testing/vendor teams and align with Product/Engineering on test scenarios.
