Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Materials Management Advisor hybrid in Houston, TX. The role focuses on control, optimization, and management of company-owned material inventory across the region/site, with remote work portions and a 3x/week in-person hybrid schedule.

You will drive regional inventory strategy, collaborate with Line/Finance/Procurement, ensure OMS/MMcp conformity, and report on inventory performance while advancing continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• MM related process and systems knowledge with ERP experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Understanding of inventory optimization and economics for cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional/site inventory strategy to support the business plan.
• Collaborate with Line, Finance, and Procurement to optimize TCO while meeting service levels.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate progress on inventory performance to stakeholders.
• Lead Inventory analysts and foster learning and development.
• Ensure data integrity of material master records in ERP and link spare parts to critical assets.
