Job summary

Qualifications

• MM related process and systems knowledge and/or hands-on experience with ERP and reporting tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders within a matrix organization.
• Field experience in inventory control, warehouse or inbound logistics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional/site inventory strategy to support the business plan.
• Collaborate with Line, Finance and Procurement to optimize total cost of ownership while meeting service expectations.
• Manage Wells Demand Planning and continuous optimization of inventory levels.
• Lead ERP readiness and supervise data integrity across material master records.
