Job summary

Qualifications

• MM related process and systems knowledge with ERP experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, inventory modelling techniques or inventory accounting.
• Field experience in inventory control, warehouse, or inbound logistics in energy sector or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional/site inventory strategy to support the business plan.
• Collaborate with Line, Finance and Procurement to evaluate inventory requirements and optimize TCO.
• Ensure compliance with OMS, MMcp, and regional inventory accounting requirements.
• Identify and monitor KPIs to communicate inventory performance to stakeholders.
• Manage Inventory analysts and foster learning and development.
• Maintain data integrity of material master records in ERP and tie spare parts to critical assets.
• Define critical spare parts strategy with the Maintenance function and review service levels.
• Oversee Wells Demand Planning in relation to inventory management.
• Optimize inventory level setting to align with line material requirements.
• Verify inventory via physical counts aligned with regional Finance/ PSA requirements.
• Support regional/global inventory strategies and ensure local implementation aligns with global.
• Contribute to ERP deployment readiness in the region.
