Job summary

Global Edge Group LLC is seeking a Materials Management Advisor (Inventory) for a client in the Oil & Gas industry. The role focuses on control, optimization and management of client-owned material inventory across a region/site.

You will collaborate with Line, Finance and Procurement to optimize total cost of ownership, manage inventory performance and ensure data integrity in the ERP.

Qualifications

• Experienced Materials Management Specialist.
• Strong project-related materials management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional/site inventory strategy to support the business plan.
• Collaborate with Line, Finance and Procurement to optimize TCO and service levels.
• Ensure OMS/MMcp compliance and accurate ERP material master data.
• Monitor KPIs and report inventory performance to stakeholders.
• Manage Inventory analysts and foster learning and development.
• Support Wells demand planning and optimize inventory levels.
• Verify inventory through physical counts and reconciliation per regional rules.
