Compass, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale initiatives across its Consumer Engineering platform. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define detailed plans, and drive execution with executives, product, design, and engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a large high pace tech environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication — ability to influence stakeholders and leadership through data-driven reporting.
• Experience with scripting languages and SQL queries.
• Proven track record of successful technical program management in high-performance teams.
• Experience managing initiatives within large scale systems in rapid growth environments.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and technologies (containerization, microservices, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures as well as security platforms and frameworks.
• Self-drive and ability to create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale initiatives aimed at building new products or platform for Compass.
• Manage full life cycle of key programs with detailed plans and stakeholder communication.
• Drive cross-functional inter-dependencies and prioritization to minimize disruption.
• Champions with product, design, engineers, and operations leadership; report progress to executives.
• Plan, manage and deliver multiple technical programs spanning organizations and locations.
• Contribute to agile practice and high-level planning quarterly and yearly.
• Drive operational and cost excellence and process improvements.
• Provide programmatic leadership for security initiatives targeting platform hardening.
