Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Storeroom Crib Attendant to join our team at a customer site. You will unload, receive, and store inventory, perform cycle counts, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities include data entry for stock records, handling requisitions, delivering tools to work locations, and ensuring accurate records of issued and returned items while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ months relevant experience
• Experience with loading/unloading, packing, and warehouse movement
• Ability to read safety rules and work orders
• Basic computer skills and aptitude to learn (MS-Office, inventory systems)
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Attention to detail and safety minded

Responsibilities

• Unloads, receives and puts away incoming product; checks for damage and discrepancies with invoices
• Sorts, labels, stores items and optimizes crib space
• Issues products to site employees; maintains issued/returned records
• Enters data to maintain stock records; responds to inquiries; logs discrepancies
• Performs cycle counts and inventory reports
• Delivers tools or equipment to associate work locations
• Investigates lost or misplaced equipment
• Repairs and lubricates tools as required
• Performs other related duties
