Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Storeroom Crib Attendant to join our team. You will unload, receive, stock, issue and cycle count inventory at a customer site while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

You will enter data into systems, manage stock levels, and assist with locating parts, delivering tools, and reporting discrepancies. This role requires the ability to work in varied conditions and lift up to 25 lbs with safety in mind.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with some related training or experience.
• Experience reading safety rules, work orders, and maintenance instructions.
• Basic computer skills and aptitude to learn software systems.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and store incoming goods and equipment; check for damage and discrepancies.
• Sort, label, and place items to optimize crib space and accessibility.
• Issue items to site personnel and keep accurate records of issued/returned items.
• Enter stock data into computerized systems and respond to inquiries.
• Request replenishment of inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Inspect tools/equipment for defects and report wear or damage.
• Deliver tools or equipment to work locations as needed.
• Assist with investigations to locate lost equipment and safety supplies.
