Job summary

Vallen Distribution is seeking a Storeroom Crib Attendant to support customer-site inventory activities. The role includes daily receiving, stocking, issuing and cycle counting of customer and Vallen inventory, while maintaining a professional, clean, and organized work environment.

You will work in a warehouse setting with a focus on accuracy and safety, and participate in maintaining stock integrity across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ months relevant experience or training.
• Experience loading/unloading, picking/packing in a warehouse. Forklift or cherry picker preferred.
• Basic computer skills and aptitude; MS-Office familiarity; technical aptitude to learn systems.
• Basic math skills; ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and store incoming goods; check for damage and discrepancies.
• Sort, label, and place items on racks or bins per product codes.
• Issue items to site personnel and maintain accurate records of issued/returned items.
• Enter stock data into computerized systems and respond to inquiries on inventory levels.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reporting.
• Deliver tools or equipment to work locations and locate lost items.
