Job summary

Vallen Distribution is seeking a Storeroom Crib Attendant to support daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting of inventory at a customer site. You will maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure accuracy in stock records.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 3 months of relevant experience, forklift experience preferred, and solid basic computer skills to log inventory and support distribution operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 3+ months relevant experience or training.
• Forklift/cherry picker experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders and manuals.
• Basic computer literacy and aptitude to learn systems.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and store incoming goods; check for damage and discrepancies.
• Accurately sort, label, store items and manage crib space.
• Issue products to site personnel; maintain accurate issued/returned records.
• Enter stock data into systems and respond to inquiries about inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
• Inspect tools/equipment for wear and report damages.
• Deliver tools/equipment to work locations and locate lost items.
• May repair or service tools as needed.
