Job summary

Burberry in Central Valley, New York is seeking a Full-Time Operations Associate to support store back-of-house operations and inventory control. The role involves coordinating stock intake, overseeing tidiness, and enabling seamless omnichannel stock handling.

You will partner with sales to pull stock, perform quality checks, and assist with alterations or repairs to elevate the client experience. Basic MS Office skills and SAP experience are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of inventory control, receive stock from hub/warehouse, and report discrepancies.
• Assist sales by retrieving stock promptly, including omnichannel and stock pullback.
• Keep the back-of-house tidy in line with Retail Operations standards.
• Perform quality control on products and report issues to store lead.
• Support aftersales such as alterations, repairs, personalization to enhance client experience.
• Ensure stockroom equipment works and raise issues via Ask services.
• Handle ad hoc admin tasks and support store events and visual merchandising.
• Assist management with other duties as required.
