Job summary

Burberry is seeking an Operations Associate in Cabazon, California to support store back-of-house operations and inventory management. The role focuses on stock handling, quality control, and coordinating with sales for Omnichannel needs.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience with SAP, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. This is an on-site position with standard retail hours and potential for additional duties during events.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing.
• Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
• Previous experience with SAP desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work in a busy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control including receiving stock orders from hub or warehouse and reporting discrepancies.
• Assist sales with stock retrieval for Omnichannel and stock pullback.
• Maintain tidy back of house compliant with Retail Operations and Standards.
• Quality control on products and report issues to store lead.
• Support aftersales process (alterations, repairs, personalization) to elevate client experience.
• Ensure stockroom equipment is working and raise concerns via Ask services.
• Adhoc administration including answering telephone calls and liaising with customer service and orders.
• Assist with events, visual merchandising, stock taking and related duties.
