Burberry in Cabazon, CA is seeking an Operations Associate to support store back of house operations with a focus on inventory control, stock receiving from hub or warehouse, and accurate product handling.

You will assist the sales team with stock retrieval for omnichannel orders, keep the back of house tidy, perform quality checks, and handle aftersales tasks such as alterations and repairs. SAP experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing.
• Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
• Previous experience with SAP desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work in a busy team environment.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for all aspects of inventory control, including receiving stock and reporting discrepancies.
• Supporting the sales team by retrieving stock promptly for omnichannel orders.
• Keeping back of house tidy in line with Retail Operations standards.
• Quality control on all products and reporting issues to store lead.
• Assist aftersales process (alterations, repairs, personalization) to elevate the client experience.
• Ensure stockroom equipment is functioning and report concerns through Ask services.
• Adhoc administration including answering telephone calls, coordinating with customer service, and stationery orders.
• Adhoc requests by store management to support events, visual merchandising and stock-taking duties.
