Job summary

Burberry is seeking a store back-of-house associate to support inventory control, stock retrieval for omnichannel orders, and maintain an organized stockroom in a fast paced luxury store.

You will perform quality checks, support alterations and repairs, and assist with events and merchandising to enhance the client experience. SAP experience is a plus and strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle a busy store environment.
• Proficiency with core Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of inventory control including receiving stock orders from hub or warehouse and ensuring accuracy of products received.
• Support the sales team with retrieving stock in a timely manner including Omnichannel and stock pullback.
• Keep back of house tidy and compliant with Retail Operations and Standards.
• Quality control on all products and report issues to store lead.
• Support aftersales process (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to elevate the client experience.
• Ensure all stockroom equipment is functioning; report concerns through Ask services.
• Handle Adhoc administration tasks (phone, customer service liaison, orders, general admin).
• Assist with events, visual merchandising, stock taking and related duties.
